us really like, or are capable of managing the change?

reaction or process or thought when we are confronted by change? In many
situations change is initially denied, ignored, resisted or ‘kicked down the
road’. This is when the leader must be astute and help the family and the
business understand why the change is critical, how the change will impact
them, the value of the change for the future and how each individual can
support the change.

business families. Change cannot be seen as self-serving and negotiated behind
closed doors.
